Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your shopping experience, we assure you that we shall:

1) Acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
2) Look into it quickly and thoroughly.
3) Keep you informed throughout the process of the complaint.
4) Treat your complaint with respect and confidentiality.

To make a complaint send an e-mail with the subject matter as "complaint", making sure you add as much details about your compliant as possible. E-mail's should be sent to sales@britishbeauties.com.
